Spark 2 Dashboard

Hello, 

 

Store 507 on the Spark 2 Dashboard with their cook counts (every item cooked) is not accurate. This has been an ongoing issue. They are putting in 70-100 cook counts every day and it is only giving them credit for 9. Can you please help?
