Simple DAX question - using the SUM & DIVIDE Function

Hi all    My question is how do I apply the DIVIDE FUNCTION to the calculation below as I want to divide Total Sales by 10,000   At the moment, it shows like this in my reports and I am getting ...

Hi Fowmy 
Many thanks for your solution. 

I seem to be getting an error with the updated formulae. I have included a photo. "Too few arguments were passed to the DIVIDE function. The minimum argument count for the function is 2"
