Seeing selected date range in a card visual

I want to show a card visual on the home page of the repport that shows the YearMonth range selected in the filter pane.

 

I have a DimDate[MonthYear] filter on all pages and have a current selection of Jan/19 until Oct/19. This is what i want displayed in my card visual as "Jan/19 - Oct/19". Ofcourse the visual had to change depending on the filter that changes. I already have the following DAX formula but this one gives me "Oct/19 - Oct/19". I can't figure out what i have to change to get my desired outcome.

 

Selected YearMonth =
VAR MinYearMonth = CALCULATE(
    SELECTEDVALUE(Dim_Date[Month Year]),
    FILTER(Dim_Date, Dim_Date[YearMonth] = MIN(Dim_Date[YearMonth]))
)

VAR MaxYearMonth = CALCULATE(
    SELECTEDVALUE(Dim_Date[Month Year]),
    FILTER(Dim_Date, Dim_Date[YearMonth] = MAX(Dim_Date[YearMonth]))
)

RETURN
    MinYearMonth & " - " & MaxYearMonth
"DAX"
ALL page filters
Card (new)
filter pane

    Can you please try this:

    Selected YearMonth Range =
VAR MinYearMonth = CALCULATE(
    MIN(Dim_Date[YearMonth]),
    ALLSELECTED(Dim_Date)
)
VAR MaxYearMonth = CALCULATE(
    MAX(Dim_Date[YearMonth]),
    ALLSELECTED(Dim_Date)
)
RETURN
    IF(
        MinYearMonth <> MaxYearMonth,
        FORMAT(MinYearMonth, "MMM/YY") & " - " & FORMAT(MaxYearMonth, "MMM/YY"),
        FORMAT(MinYearMonth, "MMM/YY")
    )
