Search if statement with multiple conditions

I'm trying to create a calculated column with 2 IF conditions:

1.    [GRADE_NAME] must contain "Industry"

2.    10 Years of service

However if I run this:

Column = IF(ISERROR(
SEARCH("Industr",'Query1'[GRADE_NAME]) && 'Query1'[Total Years - Employment] >= 10),CALCULATE(25.5/12),2.5)

I get:
GRADE_NAMETotal Years - EmploymentColumn
abcde8.42.125
fghij5.12.125
Industry X9.32.5
Industry Y18.52.5

Industry X should be showing 2.125 as they haven't served for 10 years

Is there a way to make this if statement respect both conditions e.g. they must be Industry && 10 years of service not either?

  • Please try this column expression to get your desired result

    NewColumn =
    IF (
        SEARCH (
            "Industr",
            'Query1'[GRADE_NAME],
            ,
            0
        ) > 0
            && 'Query1'[Total Years - Employment] >= 10,
        2.5,
        DIVIDE (
            25.5,
            12
        )
    )
