row level calculations count not being populated properly

  • Hi,

    I am not sure how your semantic model looks like, but I tried to create a sample pbix file like below.

    Please check the below picture and the attached pbix file.

    Please try to create DAX measure instead of using implicit measures.

     

     

     

     

    Count Code1: = 
    COUNTROWS (
        SUMMARIZE (
            FILTER ( ALL ( Table2 ), Table2[name] = SELECTEDVALUE ( Table2[name] ) ),
            Table1[variety]
        )
    )

      i am getting error saying variety specified in the summarize function was not found in the input table, because in my original data set, i had many - many relation ship between these tables.
