ROW Based Formula, calculation from 3 diff tables

Hello guys, 

I have a situation. I have to create a table based on row formulas (every row is a different formula) that does not have any relations to the other three tables. The other three tables also do not have any relations.

Any ideas for this? I will very thankful for your advices.
