Return data from specified time interval in all rows in a calculated column

This calculated column formula works

CALCULATE(SUM(Data[CY]),FILTER(Data,Data[Month]=EDATE(MAX(Data[Month]),-36)&&Data[Month]=EDATE(MAX(Data[Month]),-36)))
