Resource utilization per month
I have 4 tables as mentioned in attachment Tasks,Holidays,Leaves,Total.
User1 Scenario:
Considering Total that in Jan20 say we have only total of 9 days of which Holidays tables say we have 3 days off & Leaves table talks about User1 took 1 complete day leave and per day we have 5 Man Hrs.
i could able to get:
| Leaves Taken | Holidays | TotalWorking Hrs |
User1: 1 & User2: 0.5 | User1:3 & User2: 3 | Technically : (TotalDays - Leaves -Holidays)*5 Hrs That totalDays varies from Month-Month is that Month(UserTaskDate) is Jan then it should take Jan.... |

I have a better version of that in my book along with calculating out % Utilization, etc.
