Required static value from existing column

I have c1 and c2 columns 
Required R1 and R2 

sum(c1)=90

R1 = sum(c1)/10 this output should be in each row of R1 column

and R2 = running total of R1 based on c1

 

please help me if you have any idea

    vijaykumarj19 , C1 is text, C2 is numeric

    Both as new column

    R1 = sum(Table[c2])
    R2= sumx(filter(Table[C1] <=earlier(Table[C1])),Table[C2])
