    Hi njxfoster 

     

    Try this:

    speed to lead =
VAR _D =
    IF ( ISBLANK ( [First Contact] ), NOW(), [First Contact] )
RETURN
   DATEDIFF([Adjusted Created Time], _D, MINUTE )
