reference next row from measure

Hi! i'm trying to get a next row of an already calculated measure, i tried multiple scenarios and approaches but would need your help.   So my goal is to show calculated measure Order_LOT_sum ...

no, unfortunately this did not worked, maybe any concept with earlier? i tried referencing index and for manual index=1-1 index = 2-1 works but thats a slow and dirty option
