reference next row from measure

Hi!

i'm trying to get a next row of an already calculated measure, i tried multiple scenarios and approaches but would need your help.

So my goal is to show calculated measure Order_LOT_sum value in previus row, so value from November in October, value from December in November etc, so move it -1 row.

I can not use calculated column, just a measure. This measure Order_LOT_sum is calculated upon other measures, general goal is to calculated projected quantity. Calculations are as in file, so QOH - Requirement + Delivery and once this calculation goes below 0 then add in previous month an Order (OrderQty_parameter) (that is calculation based on parameter). So i need to catch not the moment with Balance <0 not the previous month to that moment but 2 month prior i will have Balance<0.
