Anonymous , Try a measure like

 


measure =
var _1 = calculate(max(Table[Start_date]), allexcept(Table, Table[product]))
var _2 = sum(Table[price])
return
sumx(values(Table[Product]), if (isblank(_2) ,calculate(_2, filter(all(Table), Table[Date] =_1 )), _2))

    amitchandak I have tried this but unfortunately this doesn't help to resolve
