Thank you for reaching out to fabric community.
Power BI's standard Matrix visual does not support dynamic conditional formatting for column or row headers using a DAX measure.
Alternatives:
- Apply DAX-based conditional formatting to the Values cells.
- Use a separate visual with colored category headers.
- Use a custom visual from AppSource that supports dynamic header formatting.
