You can try below measure.

Measure = 
SUMX(
    SUMMARIZE('Hierarchy','Hierarchy'[Name],'Hierarchy'[ID]),
    CALCULATE(
        SUM('Fact'[Amount]),
        TREATAS(
            CALCULATETABLE(
                VALUES('Hierarchy'[ID]),
                PATHCONTAINS('Hierarchy'[Path],EARLIER('Hierarchy'[ID])),
                ALL()
            ),
            'Fact'[ID]
        )
    )
)
