New Table

I need to create a table that allows me to have control of my results.

Collegiate has individualized people.
Don appears real, it's the data that power bi will give me. It is the only one that is not fixed.
Weighter is fixed.
Fulfillment is according to the Goal and Real, the same with the rest of the indicators.
