Need Help in DAX!!

Hi Everyone, Is there a way where we can convert our sql code below into dax:

select distinct * from (SELECT
ROW_NUMBER() OVER (
PARTITION BY user_AuthenticatedId,FORMAT(time_stamp, 'yyyyMM')
ORDER BY time_stamp
) row_num,time_stamp,user_AuthenticatedId
FROM
gozones_users_page_view_info
)a
where a.row_num=1
