As tamerj1 mentioned, deleted "DEFINE" and replace EVALUATE with a RETURN. Basically, the key is, you're defining a variable which can then be passed as an argument and returning the named variable.
azakir Yes, when using Power Bi desktop you don't use DEFINE and EVALUATE as defining and evaluation is automatically performed by the engine. However, that would be required when using DAX Studio.
