Multiple Date Format in Same Column

When I import sales data from 3 different companies, the dates are displayed in different formats within the same column

 

ImportedDateCompanyNameActualDate
1/3/2019US CompanyJanuar 3, 2019
1/3/2019Oz CompanyMarch 1, 2019
1/3/2019EU CompanyMarch 1, 2019

 

I can identify MMDD vs DDMM because of the CompanyName Field.  I do also have a DateDIM, but couldn't quite figure out how to get one field for date that is standardized.  I'd like to be able to use a slicer for date to compare product sales between all 3 companies.  Any help is appreciated, thanks!

    Hi croufspesi ,

     

    Please see the video from 17:36 to 21:00 to understand issues with dates.

     

    You need to adjust your Locale settings.

      Think there must be something I"m still missing/not understanding.  I did watch the video and completed those steps using the locale settings, but it just caused errors within the date column
