    Anonymous , sorry my mistake, Try like

    Rankx(filter(allselected('Sales'[Country], 'Sales'[Product]),'Sales'[Country] =max('Sales'[Country])), CALCULATE(SUM('Sales'[AMOUNT_SOLD])),,desc)
