Making the columns the same based on a group

I am trying to make one column(date by group) all the same date based on a grouping . Any Help would be amazing 

 

Updated the image to hopefully be more clear on what I am trying to do. 

I am also looking at making a new table using the distinct group column and any dax code that can then reference the date for each would be useful.
