lookupvalue error

Hello all,

I am having alot of trouble with the lookupvalue function in power bi. I am trying to get a specific result column into a different data page, but the error about 'multiple values selected when singular value needed' continues to show up. There is a relationship already exsisting between the two data sheets. What is the problem here?

Additionally, I have tried this dax formula:

CALCULATE (FIRSTNONBLANK ( tblListFacilityType[credit_conv_factor], 1 ),
FILTER ( ALL(tblListFacilityType) , tblListFacilityType[facility_type_sys_id] = tblIFRSTempCDT[client_facility_type_sys_id] ))

However, I do not understand it, as i am new to power bi and got this equation from another forum. Could someone please help me in regards to the lookupvalue error, and maybe explaining this function for me ?

You can use the RELATED function as a new column if you are on many side

    new column = RELATED ( tblListFacilityType[credit_conv_factor] )

if have multiple records and you are on the one side of the table:

    new column = MAXX ( RELATEDTABLE ( tblListFacilityType ), tblListFacilityType[credit_conv_factor] )
