LOOKUPVALUE Column Value from a row based on another column's value

    Haven't you just got your second and third arguments the wrong way wrong?

    LY =
LOOKUPVALUE ( Subgroup[TY], Subgroup[WKYR], Subgroup[LASTWKYR], 0 )
