Anonymous , You can use them both on Y-axis/Values in a line visual. If you need a single value for one line then you can use that in the analytics pane Constant Line - > Fx.
What is the challenge you are facing when you add two measures?

The problem is that I cannot drag the measure onto the x-axis or y-axis. They are not accepted by the visual.

Hi, Anonymous
Currently you cannot place measure fields on axixs.
If possible, please try creating a new table or calculated column.
