    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Please try following measure:

    DeliveredByStartDate = CALCULATE(MAX('Deliveries Table'[Running Toal]),FILTER('Deliveries Table','Deliveries Table'[DeliveryDate] <= MAX('Plan Table'[StartDate])))

     

    Thwe result you want:
