KPI Crosstable
Hi experts!
I have some simple KPI Measures like:
Measure 1: Sales vs Budget (%)
Measure 2: Inventory vs Target (%)
We use this measures on a weekly basis to review our performance.
We have for each measure multiple targets. For instance for Meaure 1:
- Strong : 90%
- Good : 80%
- Bad : <80%
Measure 2:
- Strong: 99%
- Good: 95%
- Bad:<80&
Now I would like to count the numbers of weeks for each threshold.
Here I would like use a matrix with the KPIs and the threshold on column level and the department per row.
1 column for the department, then 3 columns for each Measure / KPI. Each column represents on threshold.
How is this possible in Power BI?
Calculation groups? If so, how?

Hi joshua1990
Can you post sample data as text and expected output?
Not enough information to go on;
please see this post regarding How to Get Your Question Answered Quickly:

The most important parts are:
1. Sample data as text, use the table tool in the editing bar
2. Expected output from sample data
3. Explanation in words of how to get from 1. to 2.
4. Relation between your tables
Appreciate your Kudos!!
