With the information you are providing it is hard to say what is going on here, but my guess is there is an active relationship between 'CRM - Fokusdaten'[Bid Aaproval (PM040)]
and the 'Calendar' table, and no relationships or inactive relationships between 'Calendar' and 'CRM - Fokusdaten'[Bid Submission Date], 'CRM - Fokusdaten'[CS Bid Submission Date].
If that is the case, using CALCULATE and USERELATIONSHIP could help here.
