If or Switch statment based in percentage value

Hello,

 

I would like to to apply a condition based to percent value I have, how I can do that please ?

 

When I tried this formul I got an error msg.

        How to use Switch function for 20 to 40 Percentage and 40 to 100 percentage in same function.
