How to filter duplicate columns with same filter values separately in matrix visualization -PowerBI

Greg_Deckler  Could you please take a look of the issue? and provide your suggestions on calculations or visualizations to handle this scenario.Also is there any viusualization with dropdown filter on column headers in powerbi.It can also help my case scenario.Please suggest
