How to do unit conversion in power BI

I need to display values based on the particular unit conversion

The formula is value/Unit conversion. 

I have created the parameter for unit conversion but not sure of how to include the both in same column.

How do I get this in power BI.

I have attached the sample power BI file.

Help with this is appreciated.
