How to calculate Conversion

Hi Team,

I have a business where I make revenue from Works jobs. and I get the works job through either an assessment or a tender. which if created within a project.  So in one project I will have either and assessment or a tender and if converted I will have a works job. My question is how do I create a DAX formula for conversion of both Tenders to works and Assessments to works I cant simply do it by asking for total count of works/total count of assessments because that doesnt account for works created from tenders. and I cant do tender conversion for the same reason?
