    Hi  haniizz ,

    You can use the following functions:

    Measure 2 =
    var _table=
    SUMMARIZE(
        ALL('Table'),[Project],[cycle],[country])
    return
    COUNTX(
        _table,[cycle])

    While calculating the data you provided, I noticed a small discrepancy that I would like to share with you, regarding the USA's de-emphasized data that should be equal to 5, and in adding India's data, the sum is 6

    Best Regards,

    Hi  haniizz ,

    Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Create measure.

    Measure =
    CALCULATE(
        DISTINCTCOUNT('Table'[cycle]),ALL('Table'))

    2. Result:

      thank you dear Liu
      in fact this should not be 3 ,
      in USA we have 2 cycles in project 1 + 3 cycles in project 2 = 6 unique cycles
      in India we have 1 cycle in project 1 = 1 unique project
      the total should be 7
