Help with DAX formula in forecasting manpower

Hello people, I have this problem. I have a table with the following:

 

  • Sales
  • Staff (manpower)
  • Date
  • Item Sold

Can anyone please help me with the DAX formula on how many staffs do I need to add in my organization next month or next year if I add more sales or items being bought by my customers from my store?
