Hands up if you ...
Building a simple table of reference constants in pbi desktop.
Query works in daxstudio but falls over in pbi desktop.

Remove 'EVALUATE' from your table definition in pbi desktop.
EVALUATE is a keyword automatically included by Power BI in every query. It’s used to answer and create your visuals in Power BI.
