Growth rate visual

Hi,

I am looking for a visual (Microsoft Certified, so i can publish it on Service and it will be visible for users) that shows a growth rate between multiple choices which are changed dynamically by the user. a good example for this is the custom visual (uncertified) of "Growth Rate Combo Chart" (snapshot below).

is there a ceritfied visual or a creative way to present a dynamic growth rate ?
