Graph with multiple dates

Good Day   I have a dataset, similar to below, of leads and their respective dates of when they reached a state. eg: Lead 1 was in a new state on 29 Jan and then moved to a contacted state on 1 Feb...

    In your case, un-pivot your leads table so you have same lead id with different date and status column.
