Get weighted score for data coverage

I have data on buildings and their systems. In addition, I created a "dictionary" of systems with their score. I would like to calculate using DAX or M script the total weighted score of a building...

I am not sure if I understood your question correctly, but please check the below picture and the attahced pbix file.

I suggest having an unpivotted table like below.
