You missed a parenthesis in formula. 

Just add ')':

Measure1 =
DIVIDE (
    SUM ( FY1920[Tickets Number] ) - SUM ( FY1819[Tickets Number] ),
    SUM ( FY1819[ITickets Number] )
)
