Find next cell value with specific value
Hi , I have table below: I want to add column with the next (based on name and date) occurence FLAG value (see image above) How can i do it in DAX or POWER QUERY?

var _min = minx(filter(Table, [Col1] = earlier([Col1]) && [Date] > earlier([Date]) ), [Date])
return
coalesce( minx(filter(Table, [Col1] = earlier([Col1]) && [Date]= _min ), [Col1]), "N/A")
