filter function

I don't get the 4th point in thisI don't get the 4th point in this. Can someone explain.

    Hi Cyriackpazhe 

     

    FILTER function is used in measure, as shown in picture. So, basically in measure FILTER is applied so no need to literally filter that table and column. That is all about leverage measure
