filter context issue

Hi guys,

I am having he  following problem. I have 2 fact tables sales and goals. The objective is to measure the gap (Brecha Brick) between the sales(MTD) and goals (Metas) this has been done using sumx in both tables and then substracting sales-goals. I have a matrix which is filter by all negative gaps (which represent all products that did not meet the goal) giving me back all results according to plan. Problem arises when trying to filter a card visual by the same negative goals.

If i use a card visual and then apply the same filter context it just doesnt work. It returns all sales within the given period.

Any help would be appreciated.
