Filter by a Dynamic page filter

hope some can support me,

I would like to have a filter table, that based on the selection will apply page filter selection. .

Example, i have a report which I would like to filter between all the data and plant based products.   When I select Plant based, there shoud be activated the page filter for the data bases Quality  and Product , which contains the word "bio" in both cases.
