Filter Bar Chart (each Line separatly)

Hi Community, 
is ther any Change to filter a Bar chart every singel Bar?

As you can see on the picture, I tryed to Filter the Fist Bar with an Text Box(1)
I want to Impliment a Yello line in the First bar bei 13€. This Filter should be easylie removeable or correctable, so that i can set the Budget (3) maunelly, every day.

    If you are ok with the yellow line going across all the bars, you can use add a constant line from the Anaytics panel

     

    If you really need it to be only on the first bar, you may need to build it with the Charticulator visual, using a measure to show/hide it only on the first bar.

      Thanks verry much for the answer!
      Dose the Chartculator works with Gateway? Because my Report is Published and gets updated evry single night. So it is important that the Data wich I use in the Charticulator is Uptodate.
