Exposure switch between categories

I am struggeling with exposure adjustment and already run out of ideas. I would like to do a transfer of DIF (transfer) from one category to another (step 1) and remove that amount from other catego...

Hi Anonymous logic is 
Amount final= if Amount2 <>Blana() then Amount2 else Amount1+ Dif (transfer)?
