Error in visual table

Hello I am facing issue keeping value dynamic job number of my employee who is replacing other. Can anybody help how to get that dynamic job number in the table?

You are going to have to supply us some data and code to work with. Images are great for expected results, but not for source data.

 

Also, how is the dynamic name getting there? From the source data? If so, then you want to do this in Power Query. It is a simple merge, not a bunch of complex data to shape your data. I could show you with source data.
