    Please try below dax formula:

     

    Count of Acct Mgrs =
VAR numshares =
    CALCULATE (
        DISTINCTCOUNT ( mbammsreportshare[acct_mgr_name] ),
        FILTER ( ALL ( mbammsreportshare ), [Meets Quarterly Share Goal] = 1 )
    )
RETURN
    numshares
