I have a requirement to filter the rows in edit query, remove certain records based on a condition. A typical student marks date example, if a student takeup the test second time, query editor should...

    Thanks for quick response wdx225_Daniel. This looks good. But somehow, I cannot apply to my case, which is much more complicated. So, I ended up grouping the table, taking max of every other fields (not sure if its the best solution, but it worked for now). Sorry, you gave the right answer for my question, however, I cannot use in my real work. Thanks again
