Dynamic Title based on quarter selection

For the first formatting option you can use something like this:

Title = 
IF(
    ISFILTERED(QY),
    IF(
        COUNTROWS(ALLSELECTED(QY[Q])) = COUNTROWS(ALL(QY)),
        COMBINEVALUES("-",MIN(QY[Q]),MAX(QY[Q])),
        "Data for " & CONCATENATEX(ALLSELECTED(QY[Q]), QY[Q], ",")
    ),
    "Data"
)

The second formatting option looks interesting, but quite complicated. You need to somehow cut the resulting string into pieces defining when values go not one by one.
