Dynamic filtering based on filter selections

Hello everyone,
Could you help me to create an INTERSECT selection? I would like to see it in my Annually chart, just Investments that we have in my actual and forecast fact. If you realize my Actual Value Intersect (total), it is correct however, when you try to see it by year, it doesn't work.
In fact, I would like to create a filter page considering investments that I have in both facts tables (actual and forecast) based on my slicer filters. That's all.

In my current situation, they are Investment11, 12, 13, 15.
