display row based on two columns

Hi,    I have a table like shown below, I dont want to display rows when Regional Total Orders = 0 and Customer Total Orders > 0, but all other rows should be displayed. Could someone please help ?...

    Why should your first row be excluded? Regional Total Orders for A Corp Sales Asia is not 0.

Thank you so much, yes the description was incorrect about the first row, but the solution worked perfect.
